Hi Donna, We got there in the end, didn't we. This review was initially a 1 star review as you didn't receive the glove in the allotted time period but was found to be stuck at customs on the way to the US. But now you have it we are so pleased your grandson is getting some comfort from it. Lets hope more people hear about our mouthing glove and get the protection of their hands they sorely need.
