Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the feedback. I understand your frustration regarding the carriage surcharge and I appreciate that without reading the sales terms and conditions, this isn't made immediately clear. It is something that we're looking in to and we are aware of the problems it sometimes causes. Sorry but your website is deliberately misleading as it says near the top of the front page "Free Next day delivery on all UK mainland orders over £199". Well I live in the mainland my order was over £199 but delivery was neither free nor next day. That strikes me as odd?

Staff are always very helpfull when I visit the shop in Glasgow, especially as I have very little knowledge of guitars and accessories. They have always taken the time to explain the products and guide me in the right direction. This is much appreciated by myself and I'm sure, quite a number of people in my position.
