Thanks for your feedback, I actually dealt with this particular issue myself and can only apologise for the problems we encountered. You did indeed provide an alternative address but unfortunately our dispatch team failed to change the delivery details over. I can only hold my hands up here and again apologise on behalf of GuitarGuitar.
