Thanks for taking the time to leave this rather baffling feedback, apologies for the late reply but I've been busy trying to work out exactly how to respond to your comment. I can see that you have marked our service down as bad but the product as good? I dealt with you at the time - you ordered a Martin LX1E and then called to return the guitar under our 7 day return scheme - stating that you weren't aware quite how small the guitar was. We collected the guitar from you the very next day and processed the refund for you the following week once the guitar was confirmed back in store and had been checked over. I'm sorry we haven't given you any reason to shop with us again but I wish you luck in getting the same speedy, friendly service from any one of our competitors. Kind Regards Dave GuitarGuitar
