Reliable service is extremely important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. To properly address it, we’d really appreciate understanding exactly what went wrong with your delivery so we can investigate with our courier and prevent it from happening again. Regarding our packaging, while the bags are not currently returnable through a formal scheme, all of our packaging is fully recyclable at local recycling depots. You’re also very welcome to send the packaging back to us for reuse — we’re always happy to give materials a second life wherever possible. We’re continually reviewing more sustainable options and truly value feedback like yours as we improve.
