No problem with the quote and all paper work posted to me in two days. If their response to my needs if taken ill etc when on holiday is as good as their signing up I shall be doubly happy

One problem is that you have to start a fresh application each time you apply for insurance instead of just updating original policy details. I feel you should look into improving that part of your service.
You don't have to do it on motor comparison sites so I don't think you should have to on your site.
