If you needed assistance whilst away, you would contact our 24 hour emergency assistance company. They would be able to help you obtain the treatment you need and cover costs associated with your treatment.
The Insurers of our policies are Groupama Insurance group, however they have now changed their name to Ageas UK. Ageas UK Insure our policies, but do not provide our customers with any services provided under the insurance.
