This is something that we look at constantly, our aim is to find a balance between making purchasing a policy online as quick and easy as possible whilst also making the key terms and conditions of the policy clear. There are also pieces of information which we are required by the Financial Conduct Authority to make clearly available to customers before purchase.

I did not get the email for the policy documents straight away, i had to call next day and ask them to send it again. However all is good as i found the staff helpful.
