Your reply answers nothing and I stand by my comments. This is genuine feedback and it should be posted on your website.
On each previous occasion on taking out a policy I spoke to your office and it was checked with your underwriters. My condition was screened correctly the first 3 policies I had. But not the last policy I took out.
