The service team will answer questions, complete amendments on your request, check and send your confirmations, liaise with the venue on your behalf, process payments, and follow up with any concerns you have before, during, and after your golf break. Reviewing your booking I can see that we completed 8 different amendment requests for you all within 24 hours or within the next business day. I am sorry to hear about your group members that could not attend I hope all Is well with them. We do value all of our clients and do appreciate your loyalty.
