First of all let us thank you for your continued loyalty with 9 bookings within the last 9 years and we really do appreciate your custom. I am sorry to hear you fell this way about your initial enquiry and from what you are describing cannot be further from the truth. All of our agents care about all of our customers but I can see that the destinations were changed and this meant that our expert agent for that particular country got involved. All of our agents are fully trained however we do have agents with expert knowledge of that particular destination who is able to assist with finding you your ideal golf break to mid-long haul countries.
