Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Dear Sue, Thank you kindly for taking the time to provide your feedback. I have reviewed your review in its entirety. It sounds like you truly enjoyed Santana Golf, and La Cala’s America course. I and your sales consultant just visited and played the courses in the area in early December on a familiarisation trip, and agree with you the courses were in fantastic condition. I have relayed your comments to your sales consultant regarding the travel distance to some of the courses in relation to your hotel. This has been noted in your Golfbreaks.com member profile. My recommendation for future Golfbreaks in that area is to consider a resort golf arrangement situated in close proximity to some additional courses if you should choose. The great news is there are several options for you to choose from. I do look forward to hearing about your next Golfbreaks.com golf break. Kind regards, Rusty
