I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, this is not how we want our customers to feel and it couldn't be further from the truth that we just care about getting orders. I can see this is your first booking to Turkey, where processes are slightly different compared to our European breaks. All of our agents are highly trained and are always on hand to help, if you could not get through to your dedicated agent, it meant that they were on the phone or away from their desk. If we didn't have the diversion in place, then you would have to hold on the phone a long while. The Customer Service team can either help or if they cannot answer your query, they would leave a message on your profile for your customer service agent to sort out. I can see your dedicated agent did all the amendments for you and sent you an email explaining what had been done.
