We are very sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and we regret any inconveniences these issues might have brought to you.
Like many Online Travel Agencies, we are at times left at the mercies of our suppliers and airlines. This means that in order to make sure everything is done properly with regards to ticketing issues, we have to wait for their offices to open, which is usually from Monday to friday, 9am to 5pm.
We only have our customer's best interests in mind and would not promise anything unless we could be 100% sure that it could be delivered. This may mean waiting until the next business day to sort some issues out.
