Service was ok, the tickets were very slow getting through but received help outside of customer services hours. Tickets were cheap and despite delays everything was at wanted.

Flights to New York were cheaper on Globehunters. E-tickets came through very quickly. Sales staff helpful and tried to get me what I asked for. Would use again.

We are very sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and we regret any inconveniences these issues might have brought to you. This is certainly not the level of customer service and user experience that we expect for our clients. Also, we have looked into this case and the first booking got cancelled due to a technical error and it was impossible to re-instate the booking despite our efforts.
After your communication with our sales representative we offered and booked a flight with a 5 star airline.

Great service. After booking I received a phone call saying that they couldn't book me on the flight I wanted. Re-booked with a different airline at a similar time for no extra cost.
