Great price.
Not so great customer service -was given conflicting and ambiguous information by two agents, one of whom was at least polite and friendly!

Rude call handler
Letter missed off name and charged to correct even though contacted them within 30 seconds of email and e-ticket not yet issued. Guy was rude and arrogant in tone. Would not use again
