We are very sorry to hear that you've had a less than satisfactory experience with Globehunters.
We always highlight that tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we could try to find a solution when it comes to date changes.
Date Change penalty fees may apply depending on the original fare rules. In addition to the change penalty fees, the applicable fare difference will be charged if and when the originally purchased fare is not available for the new flights. The penalty fees are not issued by us, but by the Airlines themselves.
In your case, we could easily do a date change for you - but you would have to pay the difference as per the Airline's T&Cs.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Fantastic service

We do always aim to send e-tickets and receipts within 24-48 hours. As for your case, we only received the funds late on a Friday and processing your tickets had to be done during office hours the following day.
