Unprofessional
You never sent me a confirmation and invoice from my booking however my account was deducted. There was no information about luggage restrictions. Very unprofessional!

have investigated your complaint and found that the agent who advised you had the correct information at that time - he had the correct guidelines as per the Airlines instructions with regards to refunds and exceptional cases.
