Travel Ban
Initially pleased with service. However due to travel ban to USA I'm waiting for company to respond to my email requesting redund procedure. Not had a response as yet.

No help at all from customer service regarding our up coming flights - attitude terrible appreciate it’s a difficult time but staff need to understand people are worried about getting money back etc ...
