Takes 3 to get what you want
I had to ring 3 times in order to change my flight ....that I had booked 10 hours earlier and it took all morning ....otherwise it would be a 5 star.
The 3rd person actually helped me

ATOL certificate and the invoice of payment are sent on the email. Hope this helps :)
