Requires more clary as extra money was requested for baggage which wasn’t clear in the price schedule. It is a hidden charge.

Good price and ticket came through in a couple of days.
Customer service was good. Picked up phone quickly and reassured that tickets will be issued soon. Then they delivered within the promised time.
