Highly disappointed as after my initial booking I requested for them to add a lap infant to my booking and was completely ignored. My return was made so much more difficult. Have to change my review.

Need my money back for Chek bag.
Because they charged me over $60.00 for one checked bag when in fact I was slowed to check one bag for free since it was an international flight. I demand my money. Ack.

We have raised this case to our developers and we understand that they upgrade you already from basic economy to standard economy at the same cost. Normally Basic economy tickets are completely non-changeable and adding luggage to your trip would have not helped you in another way apart from just luggage being added.
