at first I thought this is good and fair price when booked, but after that I was charged extra 130 GBP to have my luggage checked in! i think they could have been more honest during the payment...

Was a bit disappointed when I had to cancel my flight as my daughter who lives in Toronto was working and then to be charged £25.00 pp for doing so I thought was a bit of a liberty.

Tickets haven't arrived, ignored by customer service
my tickets have still not arrived after a week and my email to customer services was ignored. I had to chase it by phone twice and I still don't have my tickets!
