Thank you for taking the time and most importantly acted to customers issues as clarity and integrity is the backbone of all successful companies. After making the booking and paid only to be told the next day by 2 missed calls and as many emails that the booking has gone through to the airline, however no check-in luggage is allowed. unless extra payments are made, this practice is not illegal but it does leave a sour taste.. pleased to know action taken to rectified this problem,
