Said that I needed to book luggage as it was not included and cannot be changed. Even called me asking me to book luggages; I declined.
Turns out luggage was included and they were lying.

Globehunters responded to my issue after my last review. As I wrote in general the service was excellent. They refunded the baggage cost without issue, I suspect that the mistake was due to added costs like baggage on low cost airlines of which there are many and as such they incure additional charges.
In response I changed my customer experience to excellent. Everything went smoothly and will use Globhunters again for my long haul flights.

This is the same BS they write in response to every complaint. They are not going to change anything because their entire business is built around scamming people. Do as I have done and report them to Trading Standards and Consumer Watchdog UK so they receive a hefty fine for their business practices.

I just received a grovelling phone call from Globehunters. I informed them I would not be entering into dialogue with them because they were engaging in deceitful businesses practices and that the regulatory authorities would be in touch with them.

They tried to make money for the lagage, but I checked with the airline and refused to pay extra.you have to be bit vigilant.
