We are sorry you were unable to change your flight and we would accommodate any flight change if the airline or booking terms would allow, however our terms and conditions and indeed the majority of flight or flight + hotel bookings would have a cancellation policy where tickets become non refundable the closer to departure date a cancellation is requested.
These terms and conditions should be highlighted at the time of your booking and the agent should have explained these terms to you at the time of booking. We apologise if this was not made clear but all terms and conditions http://www.globehunters.com/Info/Terms-And-Conditions.htm are available to view online at the time of your search and would be stated on the e-tickets you would have received.
