Ridiculous that we had notice that our long haul flight was cancelled. Lost a day in LA now. Transferred to BA but difficulty transferring all the extras. Totally upset our plans. V dissatisfied.

You definitely should have informed us online - it's outrageous! Won't use you again - will just book direct with main airlines - you don't save us anything in the long run - it's just a con.
