The customer service staff is very responsive and always willing to help.
Great! Love this site, the hosts....the jewelry. My one suggestion is to carry basic studs in every color, shape and metal combo. I like that size 8 rings are more available now, thanks!
The call responders were helpful and conscientious of meeting my needs in a timely fashion. One thing has been frustrating - that is not being able to open up Gemporia at times. I will keep trying....
