I love the show and I have it on most of the day while i work. There are segments that I could do without. I love the playfulness and freedom of your young staff. You have a very Fresh show, let's hope it stays that way.
I have had some absolutely horrific and totally unnecessary problems with your help team. I started dialing 4 instead of 5. Then I cancelled my credit card at one point. I lost $ 500.58 on one order. I can't stand to even think of it.
I giggle every time someone says "On the Planet" like they have checked out every square inch of the Planet and that there could not ever ever be another source or parcel show up. Oh Right Oh. To quote Hugh Jackson "That's ridiculous, have you met everyone on the planet."
Your service is excellent. Even over the labor Day holiday I received my items in a timely fashion. I love getting the little box in the mail.

I love watching the show. It is amazing how much the girls have taught me (and my husband) about gemstones. They keep on teaching and we keep on learning.
I would like to see a few more earrings offered because that is my weakness, but your ring selections are fabulous.
