We are sorry that our customer service fell below our expected standards.
I have noticed that the payment problem was to do with the external payment company that is used electronically to take payments. This was not flagged up on our system and this is why no one had contacted you. We have now updated out system and any payment errors are flagged up on the client screen.
With regard to the item, Silver can tarnish when coming into contact with perfume, make up and other liquids. Please return the item and we will be happy to replace or refund the item for you.
