Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologise for any disappointment you experienced with your product. Our Customer Service Team have discussed all your concerns about the rustic features of our products in detail. We strive to be transparent with our customers and make it clear that our products may contain rustic features such as splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows, twists, sticker shadows, and machine marks. We understand that these features may not appeal to everyone, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy.
