Dear Customer, Sorry to hear you test was void. It is true that that test requires a nice large drop of blood sample to work and show the results. The blood and developer solution must added to their respective collection wells only and the test device is kept on a level surface at all times. Then, one must wait 15 minutes and pull ut the blue slider fully and activate the test. Thereupon, the test can take 15 - 30 minutes to work and show any results. Basically, it is a chemical reaction that takes place and the contents, procedure and timing all is important. The test is CE marked for it's quality and efficiency. with regards Four Square Healthcare
