Thanks for the review.
First, you tried to pass-off a unsealed and used item as unused to be able to return. We did request you to not return if it has been used but you did not pay any heed and still went ahead with the return.
Then, upon checking when we advised that it cannot be returned because it has been used. It is then you admitted that it was used but now wanted to return because of the cuff size 22 - 42cm included being big for you. This cuff size included with the machine was clearly shown on the website when you bought the item as well outside the box and the cuff as well. It is not something that was concealed in any manner.
You still went ahead with the purchase and then even using the item! So, you tried to hide that it has been used and tried to pass it off as an unused item suitable for return!
We were then asked to redeliver the used item back to you which should not have been returned to us. You said that you will buy the 'Small' cuff elsewhere and asked us to dispose-off the originally included 22-42cm cuff on your behalf. To save you the hassle and carriage charges, we offered you the small cuff 17 -22cm ( which is the next smaller size than the cuff already included). If 22-42cm is bigger, then by default the next option is 17-22cm! Again, the cuff size was very specifically mentioned on the email as being for arm circumference 17 - 22cm. You were asked to confirm if this size is suitable for you and only then we will source it especially for you. The price and the cuff size was shown on the same email. You responded to this email and only then paid for the small cuff as per the price shown!
Once again you have not read the size specifically shown to you. You have mentioned the sizes vaguely as being Small size or Large size whereas to avoid any doubt we have been very specific for the size and giving you the measurements in cms. Now, after receiving this small cuff 17 -22cm, you said that it is smaller than required! If this is correct, then It means that the originally included 22-42cm cuff was NOT big for you! You were given both cuff sizes ranging from 17cm - 42cm (after telling you the sizes in advance). As mentioned earlier there is no other size and you were requested to check on the product manual as well, in case any other size exists. If your arm size is more than 22cm but less than 42cm, you needed to use the original 22 - 42cm cuff and the extra length is simply wrapped around. As the sizing suggests, the cuffs are not bespoke but designed to be suitable for different people with their different arm sizes so that people do not have to buy separate cuffs!
You have now mentioned in your product review that you are comparing it with a different machine. Different models can have different sizes and even different types of cuffs or their connectors, so there is no point comparing. One must look at the specifics of the product being bought rather than ignoring these in pursuit of something that does not exist. It will be fair if you can also advise why a used machine was attempted to be returned as an unused item and why the specific cuff sizes for the one included originally and the one bought separately have been completely ignored?
It is not fair in any sense to still hold us or the product responsible with this negative and misrepresented review.
