We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent holiday to Majorca direct from Jersey

If only a local agent had been present........!

The big let down was the fact that no one was present at the check-in for the return flight. As a result we waited 1hr and 45 minutes to be checked in. I personally had to explain to the check-in...

The flights were by BA Cityflyer were excellent, plenty of legroom, plane nice and clean. We ended up in a different hotel, which we were told was adult only but it wasn’t- not a massive problem....
