Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

one booking but 5 of us in 4 different rows spaced all over the plane

Five of us were in four different rows spaced out all over the plane. We checked in fairly early. This is not good with current Cover situation. Outbound flight from Jersey was good just the return...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the seating allocation on your journey home. While we always endeavour to seat people together with those on their booking, unfortunately this is not always possible particularly on flights with a large proportion of young children who need to be seated with a parent. Seat allocations are administered by the airline and we have passed on your comments for their review. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday in Majorca.

I have looked into your comments regarding the size of the one bedroom apartment at the hotel and these will be noted for our records. I can also see that you made this reservation online and choose this specific hotel and room type so I am unaware as to why the hotel staff said that we (the agent) booked this option for you?
