I'm sorry to hear of the inconveniences suffered at the airport, and have mentioned this to our handling agents, particularly with regards checking vaccination status to depart Spain as this is not required for entry to Jersey. Unfortunately as the weight limit on our Tenerife flights is strict for arrival into Jersey we are not able to offer additional pieces of luggage. We do hope that these issues did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your transfer. Our transfers are provided by Destination Services, who are a section of TUI. We are trying to establish with them why your details were not on their list as they should have been. On return transfer details should have been communicated to you via the hotel, and our office are also able to provide them. We are sorry that this information didn't reach you. If you have a receipt for your taxi transfer please forward it to us and we will arrange a refund. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Thank you for your kind words and recommending us to others. Flying direct from Guernsey to Tenerife is a possibility that we may consider in the future. For now, we offer direct flights from Guernsey to Majorca throughout the Summer.
