Thank you for your honest review. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Delays are out of our control, however we understand that can be frustrating. With regard to the transfer, we opened an investigation to find out what could possibly happen for the taxi not to show up, and we can only apologise for it again. On a positive note, we are happy that you had a pleasant time at the accommodation chosen and you enjoyed the Spanish sunshine :)
