I have done some investigation into your order and have found that you placed your order after our cut off time for same day delivery on Saturday, therefore this is why the flowers were delivered on Monday. As per your conversation with one of our customer service representatives last week, we have issued you with a full refund for your entire order as way of an apology for both the quality issue and also the hamper not being received. We have also offered you a $50 credit note for you to use towards your next purchase in the hope that we can turn your next experience with us into a positive one.
