Was not the cheapest- actually double the price I ended up getting on my latest order. Started out very well but declined rapidly. Disappointed.

Tracking totally failed and refund never arrived.

Easy to use and a great price. I had to make a change and it was easy to cancel and book a new shipment. Customer service was also helpful.

No cancellation policy, took full amount even though parcel collection was cancelled within 10 mins of booking. Realised it was impossible to send hair product to Singapore so cancelled the parcel...

I arranged a delivery, and then had to change it because my Internet was down, and l couldn't print my labels off. I altered it to no printer required, which cost an extra £4 or so....fair enough....
