The drop off was easier than I expected and the agent was very helpful. I checked with the addressee the next day and they confirmed that my parcel had arrived.

The parcel was not collected as scheduled and paid for.

FedEx wouldn’t collect parcel from the store and I had to get refund on my order as couldn’t post anywhere else local

I found the form filling for sending a parcel complicated and misleading - so much so that when I printed a return label for Evri I noticed that I was the recipient and the sender!

It's so hard to understand their procedures. I suffered for two days and decided to go directly to DHL offices and my process was so easy there.

I paid for a parcel to go with Fed Ex but when I went to the shop the barcode didn't work, I then travelled 8 miles to a different shop and it didn't work their either! Eventually I cancelled that one
