Hi there, Thanks for your comments, you’ve made some interesting suggestions and I’ve passed them along to our product team. Some of your comments are a little concerning, in particular the noise and the flickering light. If the products are installed correctly you should not be experiencing these issues. Regarding the noise, the fan is covered by an in-home warranty, which will cover the cost of an agent to come to you and make any necessary repairs if the fan is found faulty. It’s possible that the flickering may be caused by incompatible globes, but the same warranty team should be able to troubleshoot this with you. Regarding the rod, it’s always best to contact us about this type of thing while the electrician is still on site. Once the product has been modified and installed, there isn’t a lot we can do . However, I noticed that you have been buying from us frequently so as a good will gesture, I’ve asked our team to look after you on your next order. They’re currently waiting for you to confirm the product you’re interested in for this next order and can also give you some details on how to proceed with the in-home warranty.
