Hi, Sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the size however we would point out that we are not the manufacturers of the shoes. It is the brand who sizes the shoes not ourselves and hence the attraction of big savings by shopping online against what you pay on the high street can on the odd occassion result in the shoes having to be retutrned. We would also point out that 95% of our orders are delivered without any issues and it is only a small proportion that are returned for sizing.
