Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I enjoyed the holiday overall

The booking of the holiday was smooth enough although we did request to fly from Heathrow and not Stanstead. We organised our own travel to/from the airport to the hotel.

Fascinating destination, led by well informed tour leaders.

The Kiev part of the tour was full on but well organised, ending with a visit to the Chernobyl museum which served as a good introduction to the next few days of the tour.
