Good - was able to book a flight and hotel together with travel insurance cover. Not so good - the over all cost was a little higher than expected due to "extras such as taxes" added on when I eventually paid. Feel all costs should be more transparent up front.

The only thing was local hotel tax was not mentioned but asked for and charged on departure. Also Necter Points were not automatically added - I had to email to have them added
