How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Very reliable - I use expedia because I know the booking will be correct and safe (e.g. easytobook.com I have heard frequently doesn't make bookings and has no customer service, effectively ripping people off) and if there are any problems these can be resolved effectively. I have had good experiences in the past, so will continue to use expedia primarily. Sometimes the price is not as good as the hotel itself however.
