Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Premiums can go up or down at renewal for a number of reasons and any claims we've paid will be a factor (but not the only one) in how we calculated your renewal premium.

The renewal was done automatically, the letter sent out in plenty of time notifying me of the increase in costs which were reasonable.
