Hi Zoe Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you have not received your poles. I can see that you ordered the poles on the 18th October and chose the standard 2-3 day delivery payment option. They were dispatched the next day on 24 hour delivery and you were sent by email and txt a tracking notification from Parcelforce. You will see from the other ratings that we normally achieve 5* and have staff available by by phone or email 7 days per week should anyone have any problems. I can't see that you have made any contact prior to this comment but we will investigate immediately and communicate directly with you
