We are always disappointed if a customer is dissatisfied by our service, as we strive to do our best and is why our average service score is normally 5 star. Unfortunately this customer resides in the EU and purchased goods from the UK. The delays whilst goods were being held in Customs and import charges imposed by the country where the customer resides, were outside our control.

Thanks for the feedback, we dour best. Sending poles via couriers is getting more and more challenging to find any that want transport them.. We need to thank Parcelforce for doing their part of this service and supporting small businesses like us.

We really pleased you like the Xplorer poles. They are proving so popular ad think they will become a classic pole. If you need to make them compact, just pull each section apart and they will fit neatly in the bag provided. Ideally top to tail the two handles and that will make them more compact. Don't forget to tighten the bottom section first with the twist lock and then use the quick lock on the top section to adjust to the appropriate height. Typically you have them circa 3-5cm shorter than a nordic walking pole due to the 15° angle of the handle. They only need to be tightened enough so each section doesn't move whilst walking but if you find the have, just tighten a bit further Happy WALXING - don't forget to post pictures on our Facebook group to show us where you take them
