How do we deal with fake reviews?

I am unable to give any more stars as not actually had any dealings with them since I have just started in the other hand they get 0 stars for the constant emails asking to rate them

Seems like a genuinely cheaper policy

I have only just joined so can't really comment on tbe service but I was very pleased to find a policy that was a lot cheaper but did the same as my old policy.
