How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

A bit disappointed that renewal quote was inflated with a discount code added in the email offer that made it the same as purchasing from scratch again... feels purposely misleading/dishonest..!

Thank you for your feedback and thank you for renewing. If you get a new quote at www.eversure.com/camera (as if you were a new customer) you will see that your renewal discount is 100% genuine. I have checked our records and last year you made a change to your policy that increased your sum insured. As a result you paid a pro-rata premium to increase your cover through to expiry. After the renewal discount, you have paid less this year than you paid in total for last year.
